On 27th February 2026, the Management Board of Frontiers Children Development Organization (FCDO) held a consultative meeting at Ateker Hotel to deliberate on key organizational matters. The session focused on strengthening management structures, reviewing program progress, and assessing overall performance.
Board members engaged in constructive discussions on governance, operational efficiency, and accountability, while reflecting on achievements and challenges across the organization’s interventions. A major outcome of the meeting was the resolution to strategically realign FCDO’s areas of intervention to better respond to emerging community needs and enhance impact.
The meeting reaffirmed the Board’s commitment to strong leadership, transparency, and sustainable service delivery in advancing the organization’s mission.
