FCDO’S SPONSOR RELATIONS AND PROGRAMS ANNUAL PCC REVIEW AND PLANNING MEETING FOR FY25

YESTERDAY, June 5, 2024, FCDO held a successful Annual Parents Coordinating Committee (PCC) Meeting. The meeting focused on assessing Targets vs. Achievements as planned during the initial PCC meeting at the start of the concluded FY24. The purpose was to enhance program quality, accountability, and effectiveness in line with Sponsor Relations & Programs’ Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) levels.

The session began with an update on Sponsor Relations (SR) and programs, highlighting the achievements for FY24 toward realizing the program’s core outcomes: healthy and secure infants for LS 1, educated and confident children for LS 2, and skilled and involved youth for LS 3.

Additionally, recent Global Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) survey data was presented, offering valuable insights into program effectiveness and areas needing improvement. This was followed by a thorough Program Needs Assessment, a detailed Finance Budget Variance Analysis (BVA), and an outline of program priorities for the upcoming year, setting a clear roadmap for continued success.

Shared with PCC was other programs, projects, and fundraising activities ongoing at the FCDO, all aimed at changing the lives of the communities where FCDO implements its life-touching interventions.

The organization extends its gratitude to all PCC members for their dedication, partnership, and commitment to prioritizing child-centered programming.
